- Primary teacher for Sunday services and special events at Armstrong Mill
- Teach at other campuses and events as requested.
- Implement the vision, values, and culture of IBC at the AM campus level.
- Provide leadership, vision, and coaching for the AM staff team and volunteers.
- Provide pastoral counseling and care for the AM congregation.
- Lead the missional outreach opportunities at the AM campus, such as movie nights, Foster Parents' Night Out, Meal Pack, etc.
