CASEY
Being a former athlete, Casey was attracted to the fitness industry. She began her personal training career in 2015 and has worked at the ROC ever since. Within that time she added Group Fitness Instructor to her resume, teaching a variety of strength-based and high intensity classes. She's worked with clients ages 12-95, male and female, including middle schoolers, college athletes, and military. Her training philosophy is consistency over intensity and moving to maintain functionality and longevity. Casey adapts to the goals of each client and helps them enjoy the process. She offers 1 hour or 30 minute personal training sessions, fitness center orientations, and 30 minute stretching sessions.
